Workshop Log — April 2026

What's on the workbench right now: Variant-D website relaunch, Conductor graph mode, Agent-Flutter contract tester, and the first SME case on approach.

One month, one entry — monthly from now on. Not a curated highlight reel, but the honest workshop state: what shipped, what's stuck, what comes next.

What went live this month

Website repositioned to Variant D. The co-founder story is formally closed. Instead, the site now honestly shows two pillars: my own workshop (Conductor, Agent-Flutter, Innovation Circle) and SME analytics as the cashflow leg. Hero, about, contact, navigation, vision — all re-aligned in a single day. The push came from a Q&A session I ran against myself after my LinkedIn headline and the website had drifted apart.

Innovation Circle in the footer. Until now it was only visible in the top nav. Now also in the DE footer — small step, but a clearer entry point for anyone who scrolls down.

What's on the workbench

Conductor graph mode. Migrating monolithic design documents into linked entity nodes (features, screens, APIs, entities). Goal: design drift becomes measurable because every node has a status. The graph-checker finds orphans and keeps things honest. Not OSS yet, but already the backbone internally.

Agent-Flutter contract tester. The YAML-based given/when/then contracts are finally robust enough that I can run them against two customer repos. Next step: an intent-tester that navigates screens like a human — not via selectors, but via sitemap + anchors.

First SME case (Stiegemeyer). Pilot analysis done, publication waiting on sign-off. Once that lands, the case page goes live. It matters because it shows what fixed-price AI analysis actually looks like as a deliverable — not as a consulting deck.

What May is about

  • Bring a second SME case into the pipeline (lead qualification in progress).
  • Roll out Conductor graph mode across three more idea repos.
  • Put the Agent-Flutter intent-tester into production use.
  • Hold the cadence: next workshop log by 2026-05-15.

What I'm not letting myself do

Hold everything in parallel and finish nothing. That's why the monthly rhythm here — if you read along, you'll see whether I deliver.

If you'd like early access or a sparring partner: the Innovation Circle is open (DE-only for now).
